Our Story
Once Upon A Waffle began with a simple idea: keep the menu small, keep the ingredients honest, and let the iron do the rest. One counter, one neighbourhood, and a promise that every waffle leaving our window would taste like it was made for someone we knew.
As the story grows — new counters, new cities — that promise doesn't change.
